"The EBA movement started in the late 1980's and, by the early 1990s

the credit will be claimed on a tax return to reduce the purchaser's
income tax liability. If any credit amount remains unused,
then the unused amount will be refunded as a check to the

own a home, you could receive up to $6,500 tax credit on purchasing
either a new home or an existing home between November 7,
