Members of the National Association
of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA) always negotiate
price
and terms in favor of the Buyer during every real
estate purchase.
What
is the definition of Exclusive Buyer Agency?
The
definition of Exclusive Buyer Agency by the National
Association of Realtors (NAR) and the National Association
of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA): "Exclusive
Buyer Agency: The practice of representing only buyers
and never sellers in a transaction. The company never
lists a seller’s property and thus never has
a seller as a client."
Don't
get fooled by traditional
Realtors
who claim they can be your "exclusive" buyers
agent when they - and their company - have listings
of homes to "sell" you.
Big
Hill, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Irongate - they
don't have Exclusive Buyer Agency, and neither does
Keller Williams, Prudential, Real Living, Re/Max,
or Sibcy Cline. None
of those Dayton, Ohio real estate companies - and
no traditional Realtor from a company that "sells"
homes - can legally provide Homebuyers with genuine
Exclusive
Buyer Agency.
Buy
a home with a traditional Realtor, and you could end
up having a DUAL
AGENT or
a SPLIT
AGENT.
If
you believe every Realtor who shows you a home is
working FOR you, the Buyer, see
Ohio's
"Agency Disclosure Statement".
LESS
THAN 1% of all Realtors are genuine Exclusive Buyers
Agents.
Our real estate companies represent BUYERS ONLY. We
protect the Buyer's interests during their purchase,
and we always negotiate price and terms in the Buyer's
favor. The
seller's Realtor CAN'T.
